Kallus The odd one out
Your AI writes the plan.
Kallus runs it.
Bring a plan from any AI: training days, nutrition, supplements and recovery. Kallus turns it into a log you run set by set, suggests the next weight, and sends your progress back to your AI for review.
- Fast logging in the gym, and it works offline
- Weight changes are proposals. Nothing moves without your OK.
- Logging, plans and exports are free, always

Yes, it's a training log.
Ariadne writes branching stories. Orbis grows a universe. Oplys finds your next book, film or game. And then there's Kallus, counting your reps. We know. We just love lifting, and it turns out it belongs here more than it looks.
A story told in sets
Every session is a chapter, every plateau a plot twist, every new best a level up. Kallus keeps the whole story: the journal, the weeks you trained and every record along the way.
You find out by lifting
Nobody knows what they can lift until they try. When you're ready, Kallus suggests the next weight, and you go and discover whether it moves.
Better, a little every week
Your AI writes the plan, you write the progress, and the check-ins keep the story honest. The literal kind of personal growth.
Say the name out loud: Kallus, callus. The small, hard-won proof that you keep showing up.
Plan with any AI. Lift with Kallus.
The phone is for logging, fast and one-handed. The computer is for setting up, editing and checking in with your AI.
Plan with any AI
Kallus gives you a ready-made prompt. Your AI interviews you and writes the full plan. Paste it in, review what was understood, apply it.
Fast logging in the gym
The current set in a big panel with weight and rep steppers and a large Done button. Your last numbers sit beside every set, with a rest timer.
Progress you approve
Hit the top of your rep range and Kallus suggests the next weight. Stall, and it explains your options. It never changes a weight on its own.
Nutrition without the busywork
Log daily macros in seconds, or add foods from a built-in list. Calories always follow from your macros.
Supplements and medications
Doses by time of day, spacing warnings, supply tracking, and reminders with a “Taken” button.
Check in with your AI
Every few weeks, send your progress to your AI. You choose the sections, the period and whether photos go along, then approve its changes.
Room to work on a big screen
A program editor that works like a table, paste from a spreadsheet, side-by-side plan review and keyboard shortcuts.
Your data is yours
Export everything, photos and spreadsheets included. Back up, restore, and import from other apps and from Health files.
Your units, your theme
Pounds or kilograms, light or dark. Works offline, and installs from the browser.

Set up on the big screen
Review the plan your AI wrote, edit days and exercises like a table, and see your weekly sets per muscle at a glance.

See every session add up
A journal of every workout, a calendar of the weeks you trained, and the records and badges you earned along the way.

Log with one hand
Big targets for sweaty fingers, and everything saved on the phone first, so a basement gym with no signal is fine.

Before you ask.
Why is a lifting app made by a studio of stories and games?
Because we love lifting, and because a training log is a story you write with your body: chapters, plot twists, and the slow discovery of what you can do. It's the odd one out, and we're fine with that.
Is this medical advice?
No. Kallus doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or coach, and it doesn't check whether a plan is safe for you. Check changes to medication, diet or training with your doctor, especially if you have a health condition, take medication or are pregnant.
Which AI do I need?
Any capable one: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another. Kallus checks that the plan is complete and well-formed, and you decide whether to apply it.
Do I need an account?
No. An account only adds sync between your devices.
Can I get all my data out?
Yes, everything, photos and spreadsheets included. That's free, always.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Not yet. Kallus runs in the browser on your phone and installs to the home screen. Native apps come later.
